About No Fault Insurance
No Fault Insurance is where no fault is placed in the event of
an accident. Essentially, both drivers involved would submit a
claim to their own insurance company rather than target one
another. No Fault insurance is not offered in every state.
The advantages are that your claim is streamlined, and that your
claim is paid out in a timely manner.
The disadvantage of this type of auto insurance is that you are
generally not covered for things such as pain and suffering,
medical expenses or lost income, physical damage to the vehicle,
and the extent of your liability threshold may be reduced.
